What Does ENS Do?
We start puppies doing ENS on 4 days after tails and dewclaws.
ENS is believed to impact the neurological system by kicking it into action earlier than would be normally expected. Five benefits have been observed in canines that were exposed to ENS, including improved cardio vascular performance (heart rate); stronger heart beats; stronger adrenal glands; more tolerance to stress; and greater resistance to disease. ENS is time sensitive and must be performed from the third to the 16th days of a puppy’s life.
Daily handling exercises
Done from birth till time to leave.
So your puppy is used to being touched in any way that might be necessary during their life. We get to have a good excuse for loving on babies every day. We take our job of giving loves very seriously !!
Litter Box Training
We get our supplies from Tractor Supply. However, there are similar things on the market. We do recommend a flat pan for a litter, at least 2'x2'
You might’ve thought cats were the only ones with the privilege of using a box to do their business. But thanks to the invention of dog litter—and dog litter boxes—canines can take advantage of this convenience, too. Litter training can have your puppy 90% potty trained when they come home, if you continue the training this also can help them transition when it's time to potty outside. Litter training can also be continued for the rest of the dog's life for people who live in an apartment, work, and can't come home for lunch, or even for those rainy days when your dog doesn't want to go outdoors.
Crate and Dog Door Training
They also have a puppy playground and to enter they have to go through the dog door.
2 weeks before puppies leave they are introduced to open crates that have their beds so puppies get used to them and see them as their place to rest.
Going home goodie bag
We love to make taking your puppy home as seemless of a transition as possible.
We send our puppies home with a sample bag of dog food, travel items to make the ride home go smooth, and a few of our favorite products. Each puppy gets its own folder with vet records, contract, and microchip ID tag. We make every puppy a photo collage keepsake.
